About Lemonav

At Lemonav, we turn your “lemons” — the confusion and challenges of starting out — into confidence, skills, and leadership. We help high school and college students explore career paths, build real-world projects, and gain clarity through mentorship, community, and hands-on learning. Our mission: give young learners the tools to stand out, feel ready for college or internships, and confidently break into tech and business.

Business & Tech Immersion Program Details

Program Length - 3 Months

This is a fully virtual, 3-month program held after school and on weekends. Each week, students explore a new topic, practice essential skills, and apply their learning by building hands-on projects.

Live Learning & Projects

Two Live Sessions Weekly starting Oct 1st 2025- Dec 20th 2025 Weekday Session (Monday 7:30 - 8:30 PM EST): Mentors introduce the week’s topic with interactive slides, answer questions, and assign the project. Weekend Session (Saturday 10:00AM - 11:30 EST): Students present their projects, share takeaways, and receive personalized feedback.

Mentorship Led

All mentors go through a thorough vetting process. Each has a college background, relevant internships, and a degree in tech or business—making them well-qualified to guide high school students through the program.

Program Highlights

Get hands on learning from mentors and guest speakers with experience at top Fortune 500 companies like Google, Microsoft, Chime, Comcast, 3M, CVS Health, Deloitte and more. 

Professional Development

Students learn how to build their personal brand and create a strong LinkedIn profile while also practicing teamwork and developing confidence in public speaking and presentations.

Business Rotation

Students will go through a rotation of learning and exploring business functions like marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain, entrepreneurship and HR through real-world projects and activities.

Tech, Automation & Cybersecurity

Students will gain hands-on experience through projects in cybersecurity, AI, and automation, while learning why IT is essential in today’s digital world.

Independent Work

Students complete projects at their own pace with step-by-step walkthroughs, videos, and peer support through Discord. Clear guidance ensures students know exactly what a strong final project and presentation look like.

Flexibility

Miss a session? Catch up with recordings, ask questions in Discord, or schedule a 1:1 with your mentor.

Cohort Experience

Students learn in small cohorts, collaborating with peers, sharing ideas, and supporting each other throughout the program.

Meet The Founder of Lemonav

My name is Nav, and I’m a cybersecurity professional.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota's business school with a degree in Management Information Systems, where I built a strong foundation in both business and technology. I completed five internships in tech and business—starting with my very first one as a high school senior. That early exposure to professional development played a huge role in shaping my career.

I am also a content creator on TikTok with 20K+  followers.

Alongside my work in cybersecurity, I also create cybersecurity and career content and mentor students through my TikTok, where I’ve helped hundreds of college students gain clarity and confidence in their career paths.

One of the biggest regrets I hear from college students is not starting sooner.

That’s why I created this program—to give high school students an early start, guided by top mentors, and the chance to build real projects for their portfolio.  Today, it’s not just about where you go to college or what degree you have—employers care about the projects, experiences, and skills you bring to the table. In a competitive job market shaped by AI and automation, getting that head start has never been more important.
